I did a meal plan this week! Yayee for me! I was SO crazy busy last week prepping for the boutique that we ate out every.single.night. BAD MOMMY. Feels good to get back into the swing of things…and have a tidy house again! On the dinner menu this week we have…
Monday: Crockpot Cream of Chicken soup, Cheddar Biscuits, Green Salad
Tuesday: Polenta w/ goat cheese and basil, fruit, salad (our vegetarian friend is coming for dinner!)
Wednesday: Crockpot Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner! Scrambled eggs in tortilla cups, turkey bacon, fruit
Friday: Homemade pizza night!
This has been my pattern for a while now…2 crockpot meals, one vegetarian meal, pizza night, and one bfast for dinner…saving TONS on my grocery bill because I am not buying much meat!
