Tuesday: Roast Chicken with Red Potatoes and Green Beans 7pts

Thursday: Black Bean Chicken Enchiladas (using leftover roast chicken) with brown rice and salad 10pts
Friday: Pizza Night! Turkey pepperoni with homemade whole wheat crust. We use the Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce…AMAZING and roughly 6pts a slice.
I made my weekly dinner plan this morning, I always feel good to get organized, it is so much easier to plan it out, isn't it? I hate datys at 5pm and no plan for dinner! :-)
